Diana Krall, singer and jazz pianist, will come to Brazil in April for three presentations. The singer brings to Brasília the tour “Turn Up the Quiet”, which is based on her latest studio album. The Canadian singer performs in Brasilia on April 24.
At age 53, Diana has established herself as one of the most popular and respected contemporary jazz artists in the 1990s and 2000s. She has sold more than 15 million albums worldwide.
With five Grammy awards, the pianist began her career with albums made up of covers of big names such as Duke Ellington, Peggy Lee, Cole Porter and Nat King Cole, to whom she dedicated a tribute album, “All for You: A Dedication to the Nat King Cole Trio” (1996).
